The maytag bravos quiet series 300 washer is displaying code 'ld'. the pump is clear, pumps water out at a fast rate. the washer will not turn off when the power button is used.. "lf" shows that the washer is taking too long to fill, while "ld" means that is taking too long to drain. both issues can usually be addressed by ensuring that the drain hose is properly installed and/or by clearing any clogs..
I have a maytag bravos washer (mtw6700tq1). the washer has been showing ld and sd errors. when it gets through the final rinse cycle, it will drain water until it is under the inner basket but will not completely drain. i hear an odd noise as it tries to drain and water does trickle out of the stand pipe. i also noticed that it does spin, but it starts out very slowly.. If the load is unbalanced, the washer will display this code while running an imbalanced load correction routine at the end of the wash cycle and before the final spin. if the code remains and the wash cycle dial is flashing after the recovery routine has stopped, open lid and redistribute the load.. When our maytag bravos wouldn't spin and drain the ld code came on. i came online and was told to pull the washer out from the wall, then tip the top back so i could get under it and remove the drain hose and see if something was pluging it..
